I have experience supporting clients with a range of different struggles and issues. It is important that we both feel that I can provide the support that you need, so booking an initial appointment can be helpful to chat about why you might be seeking therapy.

What can you expect?
I believe the therapeutic process works best when it is lead by you. Only you truly know what it's like to experience your life, and I see my role as facilitating a deeper understanding of those experiences, rather than acting as the 'expert' in what you're thinking and feeling, and why. That doesn't mean I'll sit there in silence, or won't ask questions and make suggestions, it just means the sessions are open for you to use as you'd like. I can't claim to have all the answers, but, hopefully, we can work together to find them.

Face to Face
Face to face sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £50. Sessions are conducted at rooms in Nottingham City centre.
Online
Online sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £50. I conduct online sessions over Microsoft Teams.
